Playable counts the projects whose owner gives the status playable, released or complete, over the projects whose owner gives a status; most rows have none until their owner claims them. Merged pull requests and answers are about each toolchain's whole repository, from owners of board projects outside its own team: an answer is a comment, a review, a close by someone else or a merge, on issues and pull requests at least 14 days old (the newest 1,000), so a refusal with a reason is an answer. A share is left empty under 10. Counted on the board's rows that name a toolchain: 1,746 of its 3,088 rows name none and are not counted here. Last commits and releases are read from GitHub every day, pull requests and answers every week.
